ParcelTrack stores the tracking numbers you search along with basic metadata such as time and courier. The information helps us diagnose outages and detect abuse.
We do not collect parcel recipients names or addresses. The tracking number alone is used to query the official courier systems.
Tracking numbers are cached temporarily so results pages load faster when you reopen them during the same session.
Aggregated and anonymised tracking activity helps us plan capacity upgrades and improve popular courier workflows.
We embed official courier tracking pages in a secure iframe where possible. When a courier blocks embedding we redirect you to the official site.
Analytics are collected via Google Analytics to understand feature usage. You can opt out with any browser-based tracking blocker.
Contact us anytime to request removal of search history tied to your email address.
For security, we may ask for proof that you initiated the tracking request before deleting logs.
