Why is my tracking number not recognised?

Double check the number for spaces or typos. Pos Laju and J&T Express use different formats. If a courier has only just received the parcel it can take a few hours before updates appear.

How often does ParcelTrack refresh data?

We fetch the latest details every time you load a results page. For packages in transit we recommend checking once or twice a day to avoid courier throttling.

Can I track multiple parcels at the same time?

Yes. Use a separate browser tab for each tracking number or bookmark the tracking results page so you can revisit it later.

Why am I redirected to the courier website?

Some couriers restrict the information they allow third-parties to display inside an iframe. When this happens we open the official page in a new tab so you still get accurate information.
